About me

I’m Sage, and I am a BACP-accredited counsellor, psychotherapist, and coach. I am here to support you to overcome your life challenges, heal past wounds, discover your strengths, and find the clarity to move forward with your life.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and empathetic, allowing us to work in a way that truly aligns with your needs.

If you are feeling stuck, anxious, overwhelmed, or find yourself struggling with self-esteem and relationships, I offer a safe and non-judgmental space where you can be yourself, express your concerns, and focus on understanding, challenging, and changing your thought patterns, emotional responses, and behavioural habits. Part of this space might incorporate work on your inner child to help you heal past any emotional wounds, foster self-compassion, and break free from negative cycles you may feel stuck in.

Integrative Approach

I integrate various therapeutic methods, including CBT, Psychodynamic, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Person-Centred, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, to help you explore your emotions, understand any unhelpful patterns, and develop practical strategies for positive change.

Coaching

Alongside therapy, I use coaching techniques to help you set meaningful goals, navigate transitions, and create sustainable changes in your life. Coaching is especially beneficial if you feel unfulfilled, uncertain about your direction, or want to develop a stronger sense of purpose and motivation.

What services do you provide?

I provide psychotherapy, counselling, and coaching. I’ll support you to process the issues you are struggling with and deal with them, look into the past if necessary and find where any unhelpful patterns or limiting beliefs might stem from, I’ll help you to start changing your thoughts and/or behaviour if you believe it’s needed, plan and achieve your goals, and move forward with your life.

What does Integrative mean?

Integrative means that I am trained to use different types of therapy depending on the clients’ issues and preferences.

How many sessions am I going to have?

The number of sessions is different for different clients and issues. I work both short-term and long-term. In the beginning of our therapy we can decide together how many sessions to start with and then review their number depending on your needs.

Fees

Counselling Session (50 mins) – £60 

I offer sessions at concessionary rates for clients who are experiencing financial difficulty. To book an initial appointment, please contact me using the form below.
